| Bedford Main Street, Inc, has secured 2 billboards along Route 460 to attract more tourists and nearby residents from the Roanoke and Lynchburg areas. One of the billboards is in Thaxton and is viewable to the eastbound traffic coming from the Roanoke direction, while the other is near the Bedford/Campbell County line viewable to the westbound traffic coming from the Lynchburg direction. We hope that these signs will bring more tourists and nearby residents into the Bedford area to visit our many merchants, and help with our branding efforts for the CenterTown Bedford area. |
